Follow this "step by step Virtual Process" to have your books setup in a timely manner
STEP 1
1) You (the Business Owner) can complete the Accounting Intake Form below so that we can get detailed information about your business & your requirements.

3) After your initial consultation, you can complete the forms below so that we get you processed in your system.
Accounting Engagement Contract
STEP 2
Your Accounting Professional will complete your onboarding and contact you, if necessary, with any questions or concerns.
STEP 3
Each client will be entered into our Client CRM and receive monthly Financial statements based on monthly bookkeeping activities.
1) A monthly meeting will be scheduled to review all statements, trends, and recommendations.

STEP 4
Once the terms are accepted, the client will need to:
1) Sign pff on the Monthly statements (your accounting professional will give you more instructions regarding this process)
2) The Pay Options will be discussed with the client. However, if a payment should need to be made you can click below or wait on your invoice.
